MasterAmpTM 10x PCR Enhancer

EPICENTRE'的专利产品MasterAmpTM 10X PCR 增强液，含有Betaine，可以确切地改善PCR执行并提高许多DNA模板扩增的敏感性和特异性，扩增有抑制DNA聚合酶作用的难扩增的模板。另外，betaine可以改变双链DNA的退火温度并增强一些酶的热稳定性。
